Weather

Quebec has a wide range of weather conditions. The north has long winters with extreme conditions, and short summers. The south has cold winters, usually with quite a bit of snow, and hot, humid summers. Early spring in the south is usually damp and chilly, but later on in the season when the grass turns green and the flowers start to bloom, it becomes quite pleasant.

In Montreal, the average summer time temperature is 32C. Temperatures in the autumn range from 5 to 20C, and winter temperatures are from -5 to -15C.
